Omni Channel Executive (Retails) - SCGP

Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing activities for retail and omni-channel customers to achieve sales targets. Develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Description

• Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned sales volume and business targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new customers within target segments.
• Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities, and prepare weekly and monthly market reports to support sales planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer wallet share through product customization, packaging solutions, and other value-added offerings.
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships, understand business needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure effective customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow up on product and service delivery and provide support to customers before and after implementation.
• Handle customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Business Development, Account Management, or other related functions.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Ability to analyze market, customer, and competitor information and translate insights into sales opportunities.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable products, customized solutions, or services.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a willingness to learn and apply technology to improve work efficiency.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bangsue, Bangkok).
