Job Description

• Develop financial applications, tools, and solutions to support credit management and business requirements.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and operational issues to identify opportunities for process improvement and Reimagine Workflow.
• Develop and enhance Data, AI/ML, and Data Visualization solutions for credit analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare system requirements, participate in system testing, and monitor project progress to ensure successful and timely implementation.
• Coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure solutions effectively address user and business needs.
• Monitor system usage and provide ongoing system support to ensure reliable and effective operations.
• Establish operating standards and prepare relevant reports to ensure systematic and auditable processes.
• Apply technologies such as RPA, Automation, AI/ML, and data analytics to improve credit-related processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or other related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of experience in credit, finance, system development, process improvement, data & visualization, or related areas.
• Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.
• Knowledge of relevant systems and tools such as BI, SAP, SQL, and Python.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA, Automation, System Analysis & Design, workflow improvement, and project management/coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Customer-oriented, adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and changing business requirements.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok).
