Responsibilities:

 Techgnology leader shall be responsible for manage a team of experienced process technology engineers including assigning work, setting performance goals to ensure safe, high quality, and fit for purpose design in addition to providing consultancy services and studies to SCGC Affiliates. As a technology leader, he/she shall ensure process process engineering is aligned and corporated with all disciplines, executing the work within budget and on schedule whilst motivating and managing a team of engineers. 

• Supervise a team of process technology engineers and technicians, including entry-level and experienced professionals
• Train and develop direct reports to ensure they understand and follow established practices and procedures related to process technology
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the implementation of solutions to increase efficiencyreduce waste, improve quality, and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation, product development, quality, and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment and integration of process
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to Identify and address difficult process technology challenges, and develop and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Identify and manage risks associated with process technology initiatives, including assessing impact on business operations, developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage the performance of direct reports, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and making decisions related to promotions and terminations
