Key Responsibilities: 
  • Initiate, design and develop Culture transformation and interventions that serve business direction 
  • Assess and identify cultural strengths and opportunities for improvement via consultation in areas of culture design, cultural diagnostic, culture development, maturity assessment and internal networking across SCGC
  • Partner with HRBPs and Line Managers to support employee engagement enhancement through fact finding, solution design, implementation and follow up & monitoring to drive better employee experience along the employees’ lifecycle across SCGC
  • Design change management strategy, plan for success, implement and reinforce change through change management process to ensure smooth and effective transformation e.g. M&P, restructuring, new business initiatives across SCGC 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organization Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in Organization Development, Culture Transformation, Employee Engagement and Experience Enhancement, Change Management, and/or Leadership Development
  • Capable of project management in planning, organizing and managing projects to achieve goals
  • Good command of English proficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proactive and enjoy working with Executive and all levels in an agile and collaborative environment
  • Practical approach and not too academic approach to provide solutions
