Key Responsibilities: 1. GA Management      - Formulate, implement, and monitor GA Annual Plan and Annual Budgeting and the progress of GA work to support        Corporate and BU      - Supervise and monitor all relevant Operation Expense to meet company POA, accounting practice and budgeting      - Supervise team and coordinate all stakeholder (i.e Vendor, Business Partner, internal customers, local community etc.)         in order that GA work achieved in accordance with BU requirement and follow corporate  Safety and other guideline      - GA reporting to Corporate or BU management, internal and external stakeholder     - Accountable for subordinate performance management : coaching and counselling and training need2. GA improvement system development and implementation      - Provide insights from Admin trends and research applied to initiatives or interventions to improve GA system & process     - Develop Continuous Improvement/Focus Improvement and maintain GA guideline, tools, and related platform Qualifications:
  • University degree  plus minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional working experience 
  • Experience in GA work & management (both office or plant) from chemical organization or SCG affiliated company is advantage  
  • Critical thinking skills to identify and understand the issue. 
  • Effective communication skills (verbal  and non-verbal) to convey thoughts and express ideas 
  • Planning and coordination skills, anticipates risks, and adjust goals within area of responsibility
  • Adapt to change with flexibility , coordinate skill and  positive mindset in service 
  • Have experience in Operation excellent and Safety Operation including leadership is preferable
