Job Summary:Plan, manage and formulate a strategy to align with company strategy Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance the business growthExploring & Identifying a market for merging and acquisition and new project development opportunitiesConducting the Business model, Feasibility analysis & Financial model on any new opportunity (New Project, M&A and JV)Assisting the team on overall project development activities, strategy, planning in a wider perspectiveAssisting the team on project negotiation and partnership with an external party including Government, Business Partner, Shareholder, Contractor, Consultant to achieve the purpose and ensure project development smoothlyKey Responsibilities:Formulate the company strategy plan (MTP & AP) Create and review feasibility study and risk managementConduct budget approval Execute M&A activities to enhance the business growthSpecial Condition :Strong communication and presentation skillsFlexibility to work in Bangkok, Upcountry and Asean country
