Position Overview:As the Incubation Program Lead - HATCH, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the overall structure of our first stage (HATCH) incubation program. You will focus on designing a robust program framework, defining business direction from top management, recruiting promising startup teams, providing classroom management for their development, and offering mentorship from practitioner startups and external businesses. Additionally, you will lead initiatives for people development within the organization to enhance our innovation capabilities. Key Responsibilities:• Program Design: Lead initiatives within the organization to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities of employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Develop and refine the incubation program's curriculum, structure, and goals to align with the organization's strategic objectives and market needs.• Business Direction Alignment: Define the business direction from top management and align key stakeholders along with the program to meet their expectations.• Classroom Management: Create a conducive learning environment for exploring teams, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, workshops, and mentorship to develop their concepts and business models.• Mentorship: Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to exploring teams, facilitating their growth, refining their business concepts, and preparing them for potential incubation.• Branding and Communication: Lead the recruitment efforts to identify and attract startup teams with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial potential that align with our startup portfolio target. Co-develop with branding team to promote program, starting from recruitment to Demo Day, to internal and external parties.• Portfolio Monitoring and Development: Collaborate with startup teams to assess their readiness for incubation and guide their transition into the next stage of incubation program.• Networking and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, mentors, investors, and potential partners to support the growth of exploring teams and the incubation program.• Community Building: Encourage knowledge sharing and peer support among startups including creating a vibrant environment to unite all startups.• Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of the program, gather feedback from startup teams, and make improvements to enhance outcomes.
