Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up good delivering process to ensure the product arrival with clients
- Manage logistics timeline for each channel and prepare related document.
- Coordinate with partners ie; Shipping agents, insurance, and banking.
- Researching for best practice in PO and deliver process and Collecting client’s feedback to seek for further improvement
- Improve delivering proves to improve client’s satisfaction rate with Stakeholders.
- Other projects as per assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or others related major
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Able to communicate in English in professional scheme with least TOEIC score of 550
- Direct experiences 1-5 years in customer support, or sales coordinator in Freight business is highly preferable.
- Strong communication and Problem-solving skills
- Able to working under pressure and tight timeline
