หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- To collaborate and assume responsibility for new product development in the automotive industry such as scheduling, planning and mold trial.
- To review and request for product quality improvement as well as cost improvement.
- To get customer's technical requirements and VOC.
- Work with Product Development in response to customers’ requirements.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Being able to communicate (Speaking & writing) in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
- Having Experience in polyolefin or plastic business is a plus.
- Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge.
- Good handle with under pressure management situations.
- Good communication skills and able to practice negotiation/selling skills.
- Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
