หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Apply practical knowledge of process technology engineering principles, practices, and procedures to solve difficult technical problems and design manufacturing processes that meet business needs
- Work independently with general supervision, including collaborating with team members and receiving guidance from senior staff as needed
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address difficult process technology challenges, and develop and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Identify and implement innovative process technology solutions that drive efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation, product development, quality, and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment and integration of process technology initiatives with overall business objectives
- Identify and manage risks associated with process technology initiatives, including assessing impact on business operations, developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Continuously monitor and evaluate process technology initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to address issues and optimize processes
- Provide technical support to process technology engineering projects, including conducting research, developing process designs, and testing and analyzing results
คุณสมบัติ:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Polymer Science, Chemistry or related.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Having Experience in polyolefin or plastic business is a plus.
- Having Experience in Process Technology, PE Wax and Catalyst is a plus.
- Good handle with under pressure management situations.
- Good communication skills and able to practice negotiation/selling skills.
- Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
