Job Summary:
Responsible for lead the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) business of Power & Other business department such as solar plant, wind turbine, power plant and other business to achieve O&M's goals within budget plan and customer sastisfaction. Plan and control schedule, cost and man power within the O&M project plan. The position will report to the Power & Other Business Manager.Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the O&M strategy for the renewable project, including setting goals, objectives, and performance targets. Align O&M activities with the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing O&M team, including technicians, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- Report progress, status of O&M work and propose alternative of solution to or consult with superior in case of problem or foreseeable trouble with assignment.
- Prepare manpower loading plan of every assigned O&M projects for superior consideration.
- Monitor, follow up and control self and subordinates to ensure that work will be executed harmoniously and without gap at interfacing with other disciplines and relevant parties in order to deliver performance at reasonable cost of service without deteriorate to quality of deliverable together with time management for multi assignment according to workforce planning in order to maintain performance.
- Follow up any new & proven O&M technology, methodology, management tools, specification, QA&QC system, related Law & regulation and Code & Standard relevant to own discipline and propose to superior in order to consider for applying to the work.
- Revise and update O&M documentary, QA&QC system, related Law & Regulations and Code & Standard as assigned by superior.
- Carry out the tasks assigned by Power & Other Business Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Bachelor's degree
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication, problem solving skill. Ability to work with multiple groups, customers and participate on multi-functional teams.
- Have experience in renewable power plant - project or O&M management or relating project management for power plant, solar system
- Able to work at Rayong.
