(Career Click) Responsibilities: • Analyze, design, develop, improve and implement the mandatory and common learning solutions.• Design the learning content for all deliverers, work with Expert to extract and obtain the expertise to be taught and organize it into logical, instructional patterns that are appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners• Create the standardized supporting material and media (audio, video, simulations, games, etc.)• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments Qualifications: • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related• At least 5 years or up of relevant working experience (Learning Design)
