Manage and make alignment of analysis and business objective to design customer journeys that support enterprise growth3. Manage and execute activity in each touchpoint for best experience of customers as planned4. Measure customer satisfaction and develop gap closing with related functionKey Responsibilities1. Apply and develop CEM tools & platform2. Perform analytical customer data3. Design / develop and execute customer journey mapping with business frame4. Measure the result of journey and communication lead to customer satisfaction survey

Qualifications:

Qualifications1. Bachelor Degree in any major2. Good business acumen and social manner3. Has marketing background such as data analysis, strategy formulation, brand & marketing communication etc.4. Good Attitude*, Service mind, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem solving, idea initiatives5. English proficiency (TOEIC > 750)
