  • Build up CRM long term strategic plan and create brand experience, engagement program with key message alignment to achieve the agreed communication strategy and business goal.
  • Create and implement CRM events and activities to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy.
  • Maintain customer relations of acquired customers.

  • B.A. in related fields. 
  • Experience in CRM, Events
  • Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing concept.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong service mind, negotiation, excellent communication and event organization skills.
  • Proficient to manage data to enhance customer relationship. 
  • Be able to work during weekend and outside Bangkok e.g. weekend event in upcountry.
  • A communication to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback & Basic English Language
  • Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders
