Responsibilities:- Build up CRM long term strategic plan and create brand experience, engagement program with key message alignment to achieve the agreed communication strategy and business goal.
- Create and implement CRM events and activities to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy.
- Maintain customer relations of acquired customers.
Qualifications:
- B.A. in related fields.
- Experience in CRM, Events
- Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing concept.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong service mind, negotiation, excellent communication and event organization skills.
- Proficient to manage data to enhance customer relationship.
- Be able to work during weekend and outside Bangkok e.g. weekend event in upcountry.
- A communication to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback & Basic English Language
- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders
