Responsibilities:
- Improve windows and doors process in order to achieve performance target (Cost, Claim & Complain, Delivery , etc.)
- Improve process and machine reliability for safety
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering as Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or any related field.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Experience in plastic assembly process engineer field for 3-5 years
- Technical competency in analytical, problem solving skills, process management, and advanced statistical techniques is a plus (Green belt or Black belt)
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- Experience in LEAN manufacturing is optional
- Have a Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Minitab is preferred
- Good attitude and collaboration with teamwork
- Able to work outside based location
