Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead ESG strategy formulation and facilitate goal setting and cascading to related companies and functions. Develop the strategy roadmap to achieve SD / ESG vision
• Develop and implement governance process, policies, and activities, communicate with companies and functions to create common understanding and buy-in
• Develop and implement ESGtechnicalmodel, managing process, and culture and capability development programs to drive ESGstrategy and create sustainability inexecution
• Monitor ESG strategy execution and deployment of ESG technical model,managing process, and culture and capability development programs
• Provide consultation or collaborate with internal or external experts to rally towards ESG objectives 

Qualifications:At least 8 years of relevant experience in:-Planning and execution of environment system, ESG, CSR, Sustainability Development or BCG (e.g. Bio, Circular, GreenEconomy)-Strategic formulation and execution, specifically hands-on experience working with material ESG issues-Organization development and integrated business system-Collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholdersRequired Skills:-Extensive knowledge of ESG and related SD matters-Strategy formulation and implementation skill-Organization development-Communication and presentation skill-Stakeholder engagement and change management skill-Project management skill
