Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct strategic diagnosis, develop insights, and collaborate with ESG Leader–Strategy to recommend enterprise ESG strategy and goals, in alignment with ESGtrends and business directions
• Co-develop and deploy ESG technical model & managing process and culture and capability development programs to the assigned areas
• Create engagement with area leaders, members, and related stakeholders to influence change and provide implementation supports
• Assess effectiveness of implementation, get voices of internal customers to identify and resolve the issues 

Qualifications:-Bachelor or Master Degree in Environment Engineering, Environment Science, Environment Management, ChemicalEngineering, Economics, Finance, or related engineering fields-Experience in planning and execution of environment system, ESG, CSR, Sustainability Development or BCG (e.g. Bio,Circular, Green Economy)-Experience in strategic formulation and execution, specifically hands-on experience working with material ESG issues-Experience in organization development and integrated business system-Experience in collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders-Extensive knowledge of ESG and related SD matters-Strategy formulation and implementation skill-Organization development-Communication and presentation skill-Stakeholder engagement and change management skill-Project management skill
