Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead collaboration with ESG Strategy and data owners across the business to develop key metrics and assessment capabilities to drive and track progress towards ESG goals
• Develop ESG reporting and disclosure strategy and capabilities encompassing ESG reporting and disclosure trends, frameworks and standards, rating agency ecosystem, regulatory requirements, enterprise business directions and strategic drivers
• Consolidate information, develop reports of ESG performance and initiatives,respond to queries regarding ESG-related data, and track overall team’s reporting and disclosure performance, in terms of time, quality of work, and outcome
• Collaborate with related companies / functions enterprise-wide to formulate ESG portfolio, identify issues for SCGC ESG portfolio improvement (e.g. gap analysis) to ensurealignmentwithESG strategy and provide recommendations on portfolio improvemen

Qualifications:-Bachelor or Master Degree in Environment Engineering, Environment Science, Environment Management, ChemicalEngineering, Economics, Finance, or related field-Experience in planning and execution of environment system, ESG, CSR, Sustainability Development or BCG (e.g. Bio,Circular, Green Economy)-Experience in data collection & analysis and setting reporting processes and systems-Experience in collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders-Experience in development of SD / ESG report & disclosure and database management-Extensive knowledge of ESG and related SD matters-Analytical skill-Communication and presentation skill-Performance management skill-Problem solving skill-Stakeholder engagement and change management skill-Networking and partnership skill
