Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and ensure KPI alignment through process/ guidelines
- Drive PMS Cycle according to timeline
- Conduct PMS process & system improvement
- Integrate data and knowledge from related parties, analyze and create insight
- Provide consultation and educate users to set KPI & ensure KPI alignment
- Analyze, provide report for insight & PMS improvement
- Communicate and Follow up users to register/monitor and evaluate including Rotation
- Solve Issue/Problems for PMS Portal Users
- MS Office
- Power BI
