Key Responsibilities: - Mastering in technology selection, development, and deployment as key to success of olefins & intermediate processes, energy/utilities efficiency, and bio-circular-green processes- Delivering optimal process & technology solutions and key performance needs for current olefins platform strengthen and new platform establishment- Developing manufacturing processes and plant configurations including conceptual design information, operation philosophy, and costs/benefit as for economic analysis- Building capability toward expertise area required focusing on ready-to-use technology acquisition and improvisation, whereas, encouraging own technology development as well Qualifications:- B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Technology or related fields.- Experiences at least 3 years in petrochemical plant operation would be advantage.- General knowledge of refinery or petrochemical processes and equipment - Understanding of the interaction between process units is essential - Process simulation such as HYSYS, ASPEN, PRO-II, SPYRO experience desirable, - Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams- Hard working, flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of urgency - A commitment to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback
