Key Responsibilities:  - Provide process safety and risk assessment support to chemical plants - Carry out process safety reviews during new projects - Familiar with Hazard Identification, Consequence Analysis, Consequence Modelling, Risk Analyses and  Risk Assessment methodologies - Lead or participant HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/QRA, and other safety-related studies/analyses workshop Qualifications:- 0 to 5 years’ plant technical support/operations/designing experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry, a refinery, or a similar industry- Experience in Process Safety Engineering designs (e.g. facility siting, work place safety, flare and vent system, hazardous area classification, fire and gas detection system, active/passive fire protection, protection for personnel, and etc.)- Good knowledge of industry standards and practices relevant to process designing and safety- Good knowledge of the relevant technical computing / digital tools- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the use of analytical tools- Candidates with no prior experience or mid career are welcome to apply- Mindset of safety and analytical skill is essential- Good understanding in Process Safety Engineering design- Highly motivated team player, effective communication, and interpersonal skills- Excellent English writing and communication
