Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Insight, foresight on global movement and technology landscape- Scout for technology and conduct techno-economic analysis- Formulate options and integrate into MTP and long term plan Qualifications:- B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Technology or related fields.- Experiences at least 3 years in petrochemical plant operation would be advantage.- Experiences in consulting- General knowledge of refinery or petrochemical processes and equipment- Prefer native English  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams- Hard working, flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of urgency - A commitment to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback
