Key Responsibilities:  - Implement Emergency Response (ER) and Security Standard in regional business and operation - Supervise and monitoring ER and Security performance management  - Leverage ER and Security practice across site - Acquire ER and Security technology and digital (e.g Security access, Emergency Equipment Readiness and VR exercise and etc.)  to strengthen ER and Security management as well as plant operation Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Fire safety or related field- Minimum three (3) years experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas and other Manufacturing- Minimum three (3) years experience in Emergency Response & Security or Safety Field- Experience in emergency management and Incident Command System is a plus- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders - Flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of emergency- Good communication skill, soft skill and interpersonal skill as well as open mind- A commitment to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback
