Key Responsibilities: For related SHE/PSM  Standards / Guidelines e.g.  Safety Culture , Incident Investigation, Audit ,  Management of Personal Change, Training & Performance : - Deploy and Support Companies leaders in effectively implementation & execution of Standards /    Guidelines at local and regional business & operation - Lead and develop capability & competency of an internal SCGC experts networking  - Responsible for internal and external knowledge management and knowledge sharing (Best/ Good/    Worst Practices)  - Identify and execute the improvements for sustainment Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineer, Chemical Science, Occupational Health and Safety or other engineering and related field- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for post-graduate study.- Minimum three (3) years experienced in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas and other Manufacturing- Minimum three (3) years experienced Safety in manufacturing plant especially Safety culture,   Behavioral Base Safety (BBS) implementation & execution - Having experiences in an Incident Investigation related root cause analysis tools such as  Cause Mapping, Taproot is a plus- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-functional teams and external stakeholders- Flexibility and energetic with growth mindset- Good soft skills such as interpersonal skill, communication skill , problem solving skill , life long learning   skill
