Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Support technical knowledge of product quality to customers both pre-sale and after-sale period.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product quality and cooperate with production and QA/QC to analyze root cause and find out corrective/ preventive actions
  • Follow up customer feedback of our products and competitors' quality
  • Share product knowledge and related technical topics to sale representatives as well as other marketing functions to comply with quality and environmental management systems
  • Cooperate with customer and product development team to improve product quality to match with customer/end users' applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science / Packaging and Materials Technology or related.
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 studies.
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Good communication skills and ability to practice negotiation/selling skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and understand problem solving process.
  • Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
