Responsibilities:

• Define maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability and maintainability of static equipment.
• Supervise and control static solution projects, e.g, Inspection programs, rellability projects, and shutdown projects.
• Lead or participate root cause analysis in order to find practical effective solution for plant.
• Define the failure mode and develop the inspection and test plan according to regulation and international standards.
• Perform and implement Risk-Based Inspection and all reliability program.
• Develop new technology to enhance the capability of inspection in static equipment.

• Implement reliability strategy
• Perform machine and equipment reliability improvement (FI, action plan, EQ concern)
• Conduct technology development & innovation for machine heath monitoring, life prediction, and ageing management
