Responsibilities:

• Safety and Maintenance Strategy Implementation: Deploy comprehensive safety and maintenance strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Organizational and Resource Planning: Lead the organization and resource planning within own area which optimizing the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet maintenance goals efficiently.
• Budget Planning and Cost Control: Develop, oversee, and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively while managing costs to maximize the cost-efficiency.
• Competency Identification and Development: Identify competency requirements within the maintenance team to ensure that the team is well-equipped to meet operational needs.
• Turnaround and Shutdown Management: Manage and coordinate turnaround and shutdown events, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure minimal production downtime and efficient maintenance work during these critical periods.
