Brief Responsibilities:This job will support both internal startup incubation within SCG Chemicals and data-driven organization through digital capability building.                 Key Responsibilities:    1. Support startup incubation by mentoring, networking and facilitation of business establishment2. Work closely with relevant team i.e. startup studio and external networks to support business growth3. Coordinate with startup studio and other BU to run Hatch incubation program4. Work with related digital team both internal & external to monitor and manage data-driven project roll out5. Support data-driven roll out through digital council and supports from other team i.e. Branding, HR and CICQualifications: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology- Experience in either digital transformation, digital capability or business incubation required
