Job Summary:

  • Interpret customer insight and undertake business value chain plus industry analysis in order to identify compelling value proposition and key competitive advantage leading to NPC opportunities and strategy formulation.
  • Lead cross-functional team in NPD project that impacts business
  • Provide information for MTP, Annual Plan, and also product portfolio management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire the market & customer insight, VOM & VOC in order to identify key customer requirements leading to opportunities for new demand or new product.
  • Conduct analysis of related business factors (Industry trend, Competitor, Customer, and etc.) in their implications to business and NPD/NAD projects by applying marketing tools (5Cs, SWOT, Competitor's product & tech analysis, STP, Value-based pricing, business model)
  • Lead cross-functional team in NPD project from opportunities identification to project execution by applying NPD process and tools to achieve project goals and sustainable commercialization.
  • Plan budgeting, timeline, and including with launching plan for NPD/NAD projects Also, provide 2x2 information for portfolio prioritization.
  • Contribute to business strategy formulation & execution plan and diagnose status in order to recommend an appropriate alternative if needed.


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Economics, Polymer, Engineering
  • Experience at least 3-5 years in the relevant field. (Marketing or Technical career with commercial background)
  • Good Analytical Skill especially Data Analysis
  • Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge
  • Handle situations under pressure efficiently
  • Positive thinking and eager to learn
  • Adaptive, be confident to work well in uncertain circumstance
  • Good communication and presentation skill
