Job Summary:

  • Provide business and market analysis to ensure business competitiveness and market position.
  • Develop and monitor the business strategy to support business growth and direction.
  • Provide customer analysis and segmentation in order to indicate a company's strategic customers.
  • Create customer activities plan to serve a different group of customers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction analysis and develop gap closing with related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis by applying marketing tools (PEST, 5Cs, etc) to develop a Medium-Term Plan and Annual Plan business strategy.
  • Determine actual Thailand market size, market growth, and market share by product-application.
  • Determine customer classification to provide different services and activities.
  • Perform customer satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities to improve products and/or services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for product improvement project from opportunities identification, VOC analysis to project execution


  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration/Marketing or Engineering/Science
  • Have relevant experience in Market Research/Analyst at least 1-3 years
  • Good analytical skills especially Data Analysis
  • Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge
  • Able to handle things under pressure management situation
  • Positive thinking and eager to learn
  • Adaptive, be confident to work well in an uncertain situation
  • Good communication and presentation skill
