OD Assistant Manager - SCG Packaging

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Diagnose organization to identify strength and area for improvement and provide effective interventions and set monitoring process.
• Implement change management process to ensure new change initiatives are embed and sustain.
• Be facilitator to develop mindset & behavior and learning & facilitating skill for SCG Staff.
• Design and develop leadership capability for all level leaders. 
• Implement, design and align Culture Transformation activities. 
• Support line manager to engage team, create culture and enhance good working atmosphere that support change occur.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organization Development, Political Science, Social Science, Business Administration, or related (Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70 and Master G.P.A. > 3.30)
• 5+ years of relevant working experience (Having background in Multinational Company is a plus)
• Good command of English (TOEIC > 700)
• Facilitation skills, Change Management and persuasive skills.
• Diagnostic skills and intervention design.
• Leadership and coaching knowledge skills.
• Possess leadership / coaching certificate will be an advantage.
• Adaptive mindset, have self-motivation and continuous learning.
