Legal Affairs Lawyer (Senior/ Junior)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Provide legal-centric consultation for new business models, including but not limited to, digital and technology, renewable energy, climate change, carbon credit, start-ups, FinTech and healthcare
• Provide legal advice and recommendations related to business operations (e.g. PDPA, intellectual property, environment, product liability, customer protection and antitrust), due diligence, compliance and litigation
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Research new laws and regulations to advice business units on management strategy
• Network with relevant government agencies

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Law
• 0-10 years of legal experience 
• Knowledge in business-related laws.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
• The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
