Application Development Engineer , Chemicals Business

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

1. NPD/NAD Project leader and provide information for MTP and Action plan
   1.1 Analysis:
          - Key customers and value chain analysis
          - Competitor’s product & tech analysis
          - New market demand estimation and STP 
          - Value based pricing, business model analysis
    1.2 Planning:
          - Project budgeting and timeline planning, Launching plan, project feasibility (tech & Mkt),
            Product stewardship, IP and NDA
    1.3 Execution:
         - Collect & interpret VOCs to develop CTQs including new application test
         - Project resource and budget management
         - Lead NPD project team to pass stage gate and sustainable commercialization
         - Create new customers/markets and ensure customers validation
         - Communicate customers’ benefits internally and externally
         - Ensure project milestone in Product step meeting
 
2. Provide information for Product portfolio and product life cycle
         - Provide 2x2 information for portfolio prioritization,
         - NPD KPIs monitoring (IOE, On time, Inc. EBITDA value)       

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineer or Polymer Science/Polymer Engineering
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Having minimum of 3 years in Application development or relevant experience
• Has strong networking and communication skills, open mind, proactive, engaging, supportive, and be an active learner
• Has good knowledge and be able to make appropriate proposals for products and services
• Able to commute to upcountry (Rayong) occasionally
