Assistant Manager-Leadership Capability Development , Chemical Business

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Get insight requirements from customers, design l/program with how to evaluate the result of development (may be collaborate with external consultants), and propose to customers for improvement to operate
• Deliver leadership development program, monitor how to apply the learning at work, and evaluate the result of the development program in demission of learners’ capabilities and the direct boss’ s expectation from the development program
• Design learning ecosystem that support leadership development program and implement
• Follow up the trend about the leadership competency, a new initiative about leadership development methodology, program, or intervention and apply in assigned work

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Organization Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Business Administration or related fields
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Having minimum of 3 years experience in Organization Development, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development or/and Change Management
• Experience with people development (design, deliver, and evaluate), being a group facilitator, trainer, coach, or organization development intervention design
• Project management experiences and time management skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills and strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment and  able to work independently with  related parties
• Eagle to learn the new things (ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn)
