Q-CHANG is a Home & Living service platform with the mission to ensure quality, transparency and productivity for the ecosystem in ASEAN. We are operating under the funding from SCG to groom the industry game-changer and we are growing.


  • Take ownership of the system issues from user, report to stakeholders and oversee the resolution
  • Work closely with product manager, quality assurance and developer team to resolve ongoing issues
  • Create test case, test script to execute product testing and send test result to developer team for supporting the incident
  • Provide status report and report issues to update stakeholders
  • Reproduce, diagnose and identify solutions to troubleshoot or resolve system issues and incident


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • At Least GPA of 2.70 for a Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a Master's degree.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in software testing or technical support is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce business is a big plus
  • Excellence in spoken and written English
  • working Hours : 6 day/week (Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri)
