External Communications Specialist - Special Contract

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

- Create online communications strategies to promote SCG brand and support business direction
- Create, manage and supervise the production of online campaign, creative content, and online activation
- Monitor, collect and analyze data of online campaign, social media platform, online activation, and develop online survey
- Handle online issue and crisis communications

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Create and develop online communications strategies to promote SCG brand and support business direction including benchmarking with competitors or leading companies and world class practice.
• Create, manage and supervise the production of creative content, online campaign brief, implementation & activation including media planning on SCG's websites and social media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Line@, and etc.) with agencies or suppliers.
• Supervise and provide advice on online communication strategies and plans for agency and SCG’s business units.
• Monitor, collect and analyze data of online campaigns, social media platform, online activation and benchmarking with competitors or leading companies in order to create communication strategies and plans.
• Monitor, alert, and handle online issue and crisis communications.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Communications Arts, Arts or related field.
• Having knowledge and experience in Online Strategy, Digital Marketing & Communications, Creative Campaign & Content, Online Media Planning, Data Analytic.
• Creative Thinking, Communications Skill, Basic of VDO Production & Online Materials, Online Media Planning and Buying, Data Analytic
• Having Customer Centric, Creativity, Collaboration, Agility, Hands-on, Team work.
