หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Analyze HR trend and benchmark and employee data
- Formulate P&O Strategy MTP/ Annual Plan formulation
- Propose to upgrade HRM system or policy/ guideline in line with business situations
- Integrate and replicate 2P2S HR system & process (9 core process) in order to measure P&O maturity for improvement
- Get VOC from HRBP and Top Management to propose proactive recommendation/solution
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development , Management, Economics or related fields
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Having at least 5-8 years of experience in HR Strategy and/or HRBP is preferable
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
- Solid in developing solutions based on facts/data
- Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill
