  • Oversee day-to-day responsibilities Training Operations, including scheduling and booking resources, managing student registrations , reconciling reports with finance, record employees training data in LMS
  • Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training delivery
  • Design and advise educational aids and materials
  • Proactively drive an effective delivery of training program to the Chemicals Business employees within defined timescales (both mandatory and elective)
  • Create any related reports/dashboards e.g. Training calendar, Learning execution progress etc
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and services for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement
  • Get Feedback and monitor customer satisfaction for training delivery, analyze problem and design plan for improvement working process  and services
  • Build capability in planning & delivery team
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related  field 
  • At least 2.7 GPA for Bachelor Degree and 3.3 for Master Degree
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in learning management system (LMS) or related fields
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
  • Good human relationship and customer centric mindset
  • High level of service mind and eager to learn with readiness to improve with flexibility
  • Systematic thinking and problem solving skill are required
  • Data analyst & visualization skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
  • Able to work at Rayong is a must
