Business Performance and Credit Management Supervisor

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Business Performance and  Annual Buget  (Planing, Monitoring and  Analysis)
• Marketing Strategy , Marketing Plan and Execution
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize business performance and credit management processes.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Evaluating creditworthiness of customers and establishing credit limits.
• Managing the credit control function and ensuring timely collections.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economic, supply chain or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Proven experience in business performance and credit management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
