HR Management Trainee (Vietnamese Speaker)

เนื้องานโดยย่อ:

In this position, you will work for SCG Packaging (SCGP). Your role will be as HR solution consultant for SCGP's companies in Vietnam in HR fields.
The career path of this position shall be settled into 2 phases:
- Phase 1: Fixed-term contract (1 year) with SCGP (based in Bangkok, Thailand)
- Phase 2: A permanent position in SCGP's companies in Vietnam (based in business location of SCGP in Vietnam; will be settle after phase1)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Perform on the job training (OJT) in all systems of HR that include: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Manpower budgeting and Labor Relation with SCGP's HR country management team.
• Ensure overall HR implementation plans and activities of SCGP's companies in Vietnam to comply with Vietnam Government and local legal requirements.
• Ensure HR policies of SCGP's companies are aligned with SCGP's ones.
• Be the center of information between HR of SCGP's companies in Vietnam and SCGP.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR field.
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English skills, and advantage for Thai language skills.
