Sourcing Officer - Nawaplastic(Saraburi Based), Chemicals Business

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Supplier Research and Selection: To do sourcing supplier of spare part, packaging, and service who comply with quality, cost, delivery and SHE regulation.
• Purchase Order Management: Generate purchase orders for approved, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Follow up with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyst data related to sourcing activities, supplier performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies governing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Logistic, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to optimize procurement processes.

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or any related field.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Experience in sourcing 0-2 years would be advantaged. 
• Good in Microsoft office / SAP  
• Analytical skill, sense of urgency.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and Growth mindset with can-do attitude, ownership, proactive, energetic and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 
• Strong service mind, negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Willingness to work in different provinces sometimes.
