Production Engineer (Rayong based), TPC - Chemicals Business

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Ensure the production process aligns with the activities in the manufacturing process
• Create a production plan and preparing an Operation Weekly Report
• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepares a Performance Report to predict potential problems and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of the production process
• Provide guidance and act as a consultant to the production unit's head and employees in carrying out daily production operations and resolving various issues to ensure that they align with the production plan
• Analyze and propose solutions to address chronic problems in the production process
• Prepare an Equipment Performance Report to anticipate problems and suggest ways to improve the efficiency of equipment and machinery
• Monitor various parameters in the production process to ensure that the products meet the specified control values. If any off-spec products are produced, they provide recommendations for problem-solving and establish preventive measures to avoid recurrence
• Design or Improve systems and production processes to make the factory cost-competitive, operate safely without impacting the environment and the community and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement improvement plans
• Explore opportunities for new technologies to develop and enhance the production process, focus on daily operation improvement, and upgrade product value
• Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) to review, assess, and analyze process hazards and provides PHA recommendations
• Review and update Process Safety Information (PSI) documents
• Review compliance with relevant laws and regulations

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or related fields.
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550).
• Having 0-3 years of working experiences in polymer or petrochemical process is preferable
• Knowledgeable and able to develop a Simulation program for chemical engineering: Aspen Plus is a must
• Positive thinking and Eager to learn, Adaptive, be confident to work well in an uncertain situation.
• Able to work in Rayong province
